SUIFU began with a single knife.
Our co-founder Sho, a former chef, set out to design the ideal tool for the home kitchen. It is a knife that brings the precision of professional cooking into everyday life.
Each knife is crafted by master artisans in Seki City, the heart of Japanese blade-making for over 800 years.
We believe that when the right tools are in your hands, cooking becomes something more than a task. It becomes a moment of joy.
SUIFU was created to preserve Japan’s craftsmanship and to allow its warmth to be felt the moment you hold our tools.

SUIFU works with craftsmen across Japan who carry forward generations of skill and knowledge.
Our knives are crafted by master artisans in Seki, the heart of Japanese blade-making.
Alongside them, we also introduce tableware made by ceramic artists and makers whose work reflects the beauty of everyday Japanese craftsmanship.
