SUIFU started with a single knife. Our co-founder, Sho, a former chef, designed the perfect tool for the home kitchen. It is brought to life by master artisans in Seki City, the heart of Japanese blade-making for 800 years. We believe that when your tools are right, cooking becomes a joy.
