Customs Duties & VAT

• Please note that customs duties and VAT may be charged upon delivery.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
• We kindly recommend checking your country’s customs website in advance for further details.

Shipping Fees

All orders are shipped via Japan Post. Please kindly note that shipping fees vary depending on the destination.
If your total purchase amount exceeds €250, shipping will be free of charge.
We appreciate your kind understanding.

Shipping Method

The shipping method will be selected by our shop.
Customers are not able to choose the shipping method.
Additionally, delivery time slots or date-specific delivery requests are generally not available.

Delivery Time

In general, delivery will be completed within 1 week after shipment.
For remote islands or certain areas, delivery may take 3-4 weeks.
Please note that in areas affected by natural disasters or large-scale events, delivery times may be delayed.

Damages During Shipping

We take great care in packaging to prevent any dents or damage to the outer box.
However, once the package is handed over to the delivery carrier, there may be a possibility of damage during transportation, including incidents caused by the carrier’s responsibility.
We ask for your understanding if there are minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the functionality of the product.

 

日本国内送料について

本ウェブサイト（以下、「当ショップ」）は、一部地域を除き全国一律 500円（税別）となります。ただし、北海道・沖縄のみ 1,000 円（税別）となります。
なお、商品を合計10,000円以上お買い上げいただきますと、送料が無料となります。

＜配送方法について＞

配送方法は当ショップ指定の方法とし、原則としてお客様にお選び頂くことは出来ません。
時間帯のご指定や日付指定も原則として承っておりません。

＜配送日数について＞

基本的には配送完了後、2〜3日で到着いたします。（離島などの場合、3〜4日程度かかる場合もございます。）
なお、自然災害や大規模なイベント等が開催される地域においては、その限りではございません。予めご了承ください。

＜配送中の破損等について＞

梱包の際は、外箱にへこみやキズが付かないよう十分に配慮のうえ、出荷準備をいたしております。

しかし、配送業者に引き渡し後、輸送中に何らかのトラブルや、配送業者の責任による損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。
本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱のへこみやキズ等は、ご容赦頂けますようお願い申し上げます。
